Museum Cruises
Lake Geneva has interesting lakeside museums, which can easily be visited during the course of a private cruise. The castle of Morges is a Swiss military museum covering different centuries. The “Musee du Léman “ is lake Geneva’s museum in Nyon, which tells the story of the lake, from it’s initial birth until now, presenting large aquariums showing the various kinds of lake fish. In Montreux, one can visit the museum Studio dedicated to the famous british rock group Queen and his lead singer Freddie Mercury. The Palais Lumière on Evian’s lakeside is the city’s main art center, presenting art exibitions of international level. In the charming old village of Coppet stands the Chateau de Madame De Stael, famous historical figure and writer from the XIXth century
